Job summary

Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) in Red Bud, IL, is hiring a Receiving Specialist to manage inbound material, verify contents, and input data into RoesTrac. This role supports production by coordinating trucks, stocking materials, and ensuring AML documentation is complete.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects under pressure.
• Strong math skills required.
• Proficient with Windows; able to learn Viewpoint, SharePoint and RoesTrac.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive material.
• Coordinate inbound trucks and oversee incoming goods.
• Receive and store customer supplied material per project.
• Perform quality inspections on customer supplied equipment.
• Prepare receiving reports per SOPs.
• Ensure AML paperwork and required turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors to maintain stocked material for production.
• Issue RFQ for welding supplies for Pipe and Fabrication departments.
• Apply problem solving techniques to maximize efficiency.
• Notify Quality Manager, Project Manager, Purchasing and inspector of issues.
• Communicate via email and phone in a timely manner.
• Maintain attendance as per policy and work safely.
