Job summary

Roeslein Modular Fabrication is seeking a manufacturing technician to safely set up, calibrate, and operate multiple metalworking machines in a high-output environment in Red Bud, IL. You will contribute to on-time production while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, ISO standards and other technical documents.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills are required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, clean and operate various equipment (e.g., brake press, shear, CNC plasma table, forklift, drill press).
• Troubleshoot equipment and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Prepare parts using measuring tools (tape measures, squares, levels).
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure conformance to specifications; perform daily maintenance as per PM system.
