Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Test Engineer to lead a small team through full structural test campaigns of development and flight hardware. You will plan, execute, analyze test data, and coordinate MGSE integration with internal customers.

You will also drive test readiness, briefINGS, and post-test reviews while enforcing safety and quality standards across test campaigns in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years experience in test-related areas (loads, life cycle, proof, modal, shock or acoustic).
• Ability to supervise a team of 2-5 engineers and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of early career engineers through an entire structural test campaign.
• Coordinate test readiness reviews, data reduction, and post-test analyses.
• Ensure safety policies and MGSE integration during tests.
