Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is assisting an established structural-steel fabricator and erector in Texas to fill two Senior Structural Steel Project Manager roles. You will own multiple projects across detailing, fabrication and field erection—managing schedules, budgets, margins, change orders, vendors, subcontractors and client relationships.

This is a hands-on, growth-focused PM role requiring genuine structural-steel experience with a track record in commercial fabrication and/or erection.

Qualifications

• Requires genuine structural-steel experience and a track record of successfully managing commercial fabrication and/or erection projects.
• Knowledge of Tekla, FabSuite, AISC standards, shop drawings and erection drawings is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple projects across detailing, fabrication and field erection; manage schedules, budgets, margins and change orders.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure project success.
• Lead project teams and drive growth with a strong ownership mindset.
