Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is assisting an established structural-steel fabricator and erector in Texas to fill two Senior Structural Steel Project Manager roles. You will own multiple projects across detailing, fabrication and field erection—managing schedules, budgets, margins, change orders, vendors, subcontractors and client relationships.

This is a hands-on, growth-focused PM role requiring genuine structural-steel experience with a track record in commercial fabrication and/or erection.

Qualifications

• Requires genuine structural-steel experience and a track record of successfully managing commercial fabrication and/or erection projects.
• Knowledge of Tekla, FabSuite, AISC standards, shop drawings and erection drawings is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple projects across detailing, fabrication and field erection; manage schedules, budgets, margins and change orders.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure project success.
• Lead project teams and drive growth with a strong ownership mindset.

You’ve delivered the projects. Now you’re ready to have a bigger influence on how they are run.

I am working with an established structural-steel fabricator and erector that is entering its next stage of growth across Texas.

The company is not replacing somebody or trying to rescue struggling projects. It has secured a strong pipeline of commercial work and is strengthening its project-management teams before that growth arrives.

I am now looking for two Senior Structural Steel Project Managers:

You will take ownership of multiple projects across detailing, fabrication and field erection—managing schedules, budgets, margins, change orders, vendors, subcontractors and client relationships.

This is not a general construction PM opportunity.

You will need genuine structural-steel experience and a track record of successfully managing commercial fabrication and/or erection projects.

Experience with Tekla, FabSuite, AISC standards, shop drawings and erection drawings would be highly valuable.
