Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Miscellaneous Project Manager for a Virginia-based structural steel fabricator. You’ll own projects from award through close-out, coordinating fabrication, erection, and field operations.

Requirements include 5+ years in structural steel PM, ability to read architectural/structural drawings, and experience with Procore or FabSuite. Competitive salary ($80,000–$115,000) plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience with a structural steel fabricator or steel erector.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience managing projects valued $1M–$20M.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, FabSuite).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through to close-out.
• Coordinate fabrication, delivery and erection activities.
• Manage change orders and pricing variations.
• Monitor job costs with accounting.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and erectors.
