You will review drawings, budgets, and contracts, manage costs and cash flow, and ensure safe, on-time delivery.

The role demands leadership in a fast-paced construction environment and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction documents.
• Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• OST experience would be advantageous.
• Comfortable leading in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structural steel erection and fabrication projects from award through completion.
• Review blueprints, specifications, budgets, and contract documents.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Set up and manage projects using project management software.
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Meet regularly with clients and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, cash flow, and financial forecasts.
• Assist with project billings and cash flow management.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project partners.
