The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, at least five years of PM experience in construction, and strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in construction, preferably steel fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, PM principles, and safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Lead project planning sessions and manage resources.
• Coordinate staff and internal resources; ensure documentation and frameworks are followed.
• Assess risks and provide actionable solutions.
• Ensure deadlines are met and manage changes to scope and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy and progress.
• Manage large teams and foster collaboration for smooth execution.
• Develop and manage detailed project budgets and control expenditures.
• Implement change when needed to meet project outputs.
