Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee manufacturing projects from planning through execution. You will work closely with the manufacturing team to develop scopes, budgets, and schedules, while coordinating subcontractors and vendors for on-time delivery.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive project success. The ideal candidate brings over 5 years in project management, a track record of delivering complex projects, and proficiency with Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within manufacturing.
• Proven history of project management and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software; Bluebeam preferred.
• Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Excellent negotiation skills and subcontractor scheduling management.
• Ability to develop project scopes and deliver on schedule.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.
• Monitor progress and provide detailed milestone reports.
• Communicate proactively to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Review proposed changes and obtain approvals.
• Oversee resource and material acquisition; negotiate vendor terms.
• Forecast future project needs through stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to deliver per scope and plan.
• Manage budgeting to keep projects within budget and timeframes.
• Address RFIs promptly and accurately.
