Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Structural Steel in Greenfield, NH. You will lead complex projects from inception to completion on-site, coordinating multiple teams and resources to meet deadlines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing project management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong cost control and scheduling skills, and is proficient with Excel and MS Project. PMP is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, especially structural steel.
• Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, risk assessment and subcontracting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project; PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of structural steel projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and budgeting to ensure financial feasibility.
• Develop schedules and timelines with strict adherence; manage multiple projects.
• Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors; manage procurement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards; read blueprints and technical drawings.
