Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in a project management role in construction, steel fabrication preferred.
• Experience with steel fabrication projects over 2,000 tons.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Strong cost control and risk management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and related tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of steel fabrication projects from planning to closure.
