Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager specializing in Structural Steel in New Hampshire. Oversee projects from inception to completion, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and procurement while ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong Excel/Project skills and excellent negotiation abilities required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management within manufacturing, specifically structural steel.
• Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, risk assessment, and blueprint reading.
• Proficiency in Excel and Project.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of structural steel projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and budgeting for projects.
• Develop project schedules and timelines and ensure adherence.
• Carry out risk assessments and contingency planning.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement and allocation of materials and resources.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use Excel and MS Project to track progress and report status.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
