Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in structural/miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection.
• Familiarity with AISC standards and industry best practices.
• Experience in Florida commercial, education, or government construction markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specs, and RFQs to generate complete takeoffs.
• Prepare competitive cost estimates covering material, labor, equipment, and subcontracts.
• Solicit and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
