Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and understanding design drawings and 3D models.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and executes estimating functions.
• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for management purposes.
• Consult with clients and vendors to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
