You’ll lead investigations, assess façades, waterproofing, and parking structures, and oversee restoration projects from assessment through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Active PE license required.
• 5+ years of experience in structural restoration or related fields.
• Experience evaluating building condition and repair design.
• Strong knowledge of structural systems and building envelopes.
• Experience managing projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct condition assessments of existing buildings and structures.
• Investigate deterioration, water intrusion, and performance deficiencies.
• Develop repair strategies and restoration designs.
• Prepare technical reports and calculations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and oversee construction administration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
