Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a Senior Structural Project Manager with a PE license and extensive water resources experience to lead multidisciplinary design efforts in dams, energy, fisheries, and infrastructure.

You will mentor staff, advance technical excellence, and contribute to business development across our markets. The successful candidate will manage project teams, coordinate with clients, and drive technical integrity from concept through construction, delivering practical, results-driven

Qualifications

• PE license required; SE license preferred; NCEES registration preferred.
• 15+ years of structural design experience in water resources.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the preparation of complete project documents from design development reports through construction documents.
• Independently evaluate, select, and apply advanced structural design techniques, procedures, and criteria to projects.
• Effectively manage multi-discipline teams, assign tasks and direct other engineers, technicians and staff.
• Collect and analyze existing data via field investigations and review of as-built plans to establish conditions.
• Identify project opportunities and assist with proposals for engineering projects or programs.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for projects.
• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
• Evaluate and manage planning, design and construction support services for projects.
