Job summary

IMEG is seeking a Structural Project Executive in Dallas, TX to support the Client Executive, grow client relationships, and oversee large projects across markets. This role focuses on project management, leadership, and delivering sustainable design outcomes within the Dallas–Fort Worth region.

Qualifications

• Stock ownership path to Associate Principal level; 10+ years PM/CM experience.
• Strong MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and lead others.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Grow the project pipeline by building client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business.
• Manage project fees totaling about $2M.
• Bring in new projects, contributing to approx $1M in new annual fees.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to senior staff on client relations and project management.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical operations and support business development.
