In this role, you will assist the Client Executive in managing the team by developing and maintaining client relationships while overseeing large projects within one or more markets. You will serve as Project Manager on most assigned work and help grow new and repeat business. You will support project financial success, coordinate with marketing and technical operations, and provide leadership and mentoring to senior staff. This role is closely connected to structural work across civic, education, aviation, infrastructure, and facility assessment efforts in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, contributing to sustainable design goals including SE2050.

Texas structural team supporting civic, education, aviation, infrastructure, and facility assessment work across Dallas-Fort Worth and broader Texas markets. Texas-based structural team with a strong public-sector and existing-building specialty, including forensics, facility condition assessments, historic preservation/adaptive reuse, detention/courthouse work, and parking garage restoration. Recent work includes Tarrant County / Fort Worth, TX / Law Enforcement Training Center, Government (City/County/State), and City of Fort Worth / Fort Worth, TX / Fort Worth Convention Center Phase 2 - New Construction, Government (City/County/State).
