Job summary

ECS Southeast, LLP is seeking a Structural Senior Project Associate to join our Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Raleigh, NC. You will manage structural engineering and consulting projects and serve as a lead technical consultant on structural investigations, assessments, testing, repair design, and construction administration services.

This is a client-facing role with daily interaction with clients, architects, contractors, engineers, and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural engineering and consulting projects from setup through completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare and review proposals, budgets, and invoices.
• Interface with clients and present project findings and recommendations.
• Ensure reports meet professional standards.
