Job summary

ECS Group is seeking a Structural Senior Project Associate in Raleigh, NC to lead structural investigations, assessments, testing, and repair design for a variety of facilities. You will manage projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver practical engineering solutions.

You will apply knowledge of building science, codes, and structural systems to support rehabilitation, restoration, and construction administration services while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil/structural/architectural engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural engineering and consulting projects from setup through completion.
• Lead field investigations, testing, and design activities with junior staff.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to meet schedule and budget objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Interface with clients, present findings, and support business development.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Prepare reports and peer reviews with cross-disciplinary teams.
