Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Structural Senior Project Associate to join our Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Raleigh, NC. You will manage structural engineering projects, serve as a lead technical consultant on investigations and remediation, and collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and owners to deliver practical consulting solutions across diverse facilities.

You will mentor junior staff, manage multiple projects, and contribute to business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering, assessment, testing, and consulting services.
• Conduct field investigations and condition evaluations of existing structures.
• Develop testing plans and direct specialized structural testing programs.
• Manage projects from setup through completion and coordinate teams.
• Lead client meetings and present findings and recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field activities.
• Prepare structural engineering reports and ensure professional standards.
