ECS Southeast, LLP is seeking a Structural Staff Associate to join our Building Science + Infrastructure team in Raleigh. You will support structural engineering and consulting projects while developing skills in field investigations, testing, analysis, and report preparation.

You will work closely with experienced engineers across diverse facility types. This hands-on role involves field testing (anchor bolts, GPR, coring, bond testing), structural assessments, and construction administration

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification recommended or pursued
• Valid driver's license may be required for ECS subsidiary

Mansioni

• Support structural engineering and consulting projects
• Develop skills in field investigations, testing, analysis, and report preparation
• Perform field testing (anchor bolt testing, GPR, coring, etc.) and structural assessments
• Assist with construction administration and documentation (RFI responses, shop drawings, budgets)
• Attend project meetings and communicate findings to clients and supervisor
• Prepare and contribute to building science and infrastructure reports
