Job summary

Actalent in Philadelphia is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to lead the structural design and documentation of multidisciplinary building projects, mentoring junior staff and guiding teams from concept through construction. The role is based in our Philadelphia office with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Structural/Architectural/Civil Eng.
• PE license or near licensure required.
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience on building projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for structural documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering from concept through construction.
• Develop project work plans including scope, schedule and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, contractors and clients.
• Review drawings, specs and calculations with technical leadership.
• Conduct site visits and support construction administration.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
