You will design structural steel connections, building structures, foundations, stairs, and rails, and perform analyses per IBC/ASCE/AISC while mentoring junior engineers and overseeing project delivery. This role emphasizes leadership, client interaction, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience managing structural engineering projects.
• Strong background in structural steel and connection design.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects from initial design through project closeout.
• Design steel connections, building structures, foundations, stairs, and rails.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations per IBC, ASCE, and AISC.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, fabricators, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, calculations, and technical deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
