Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in precast or structural design.
• Active or developing PE license.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
• Proficiency with design software (Revit, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze precast structures to ensure safety, performance, and code compliance.
• Review and verify calculations and drawings for accuracy and engineering approval.
• Lead and support project design teams to meet technical and project milestones.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in design and engineering practices.
• Interpret architectural and structural plans and perform required engineering calculations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, owners, and internal teams on project solutions.
• Identify and resolve design, schedule, and quality issues with appropriate solutions.
• Provide engineering support to sales and estimating teams for prospective projects.
• Conduct site and manufacturing facility visits as required for project support.
• Make timely technical decisions and develop solutions to correct project issues.
