About the Role
As a Structural Engineer, you'll be involved in a wide range of project types including commercial developments, federal and municipal facilities, restoration and rehabilitation work, and residential projects such as custom homes and renovations. You'll collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams, supporting projects from initial concept through construction completion.
What You'll Do
- Prepare structural analysis, calculations, and design documents
- Develop construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and structural evaluations
- Assist with project coordination, permitting, and client communication
- Provide engineering support throughout construction administration
- Solve design challenges with creativity, technical rigor, and practical judgment
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 4+ years of structural engineering experienceProficiency with design software such as RISA, RAM, Enercalc, STAAD, or similar
- Experience with steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and foundation design
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- EIT or PE license preferred (or ability to obtain)
