Apex Structural Engineering, Inc. in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex structural projects.

As a client-facing leader, you will oversee scope, schedule, budgets, staffing, and technical execution under a Project Executive, while promoting collaboration across design teams and constructors. You will mentor Project Managers and engineers, contribute to business development, and represent Apex at client and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
• PE and/or SE licensure required.
• 10+ years of relevant structural engineering and project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large projects.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex structural engineering projects from initiation through construction under a Project Executive.
• Manage scope, fees, budgets, schedules, staffing, and delivery strategies.
• Provide technical leadership across design, modeling, and constructability with QA/QC.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients; lead client-facing meetings.
• Support business development by strengthening relationships and pursuing opportunities.
