Job summary

Boeing Phantom Works is seeking a Senior Structural and Payloads Engineer for the Electro-Magnetic Verification Facility (EMVF) in Tukwila, WA. You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to design, manufacture and verify the EMVF for advanced radio frequency verification of air vehicles.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 14+ years of related experience, and 5+ years leading teams; U.S. Top Secret/SCI and Special Program Access clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• 14+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• 5+ years leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team in development or production environments.
• Ability to obtain US Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of proactive technical discipline, risk management and rapid issue resolution.
• Lead requirement, function, and interface development for the EMVF.
• Oversee design of products in development, production, and sustainment changes.
• Present data at Design Reviews, product Acceptance and Qualification Reviews, and Delivery Reviews.
• Guide technical path for product definition and execution.
• Drive IPT to System Integration for EMVF; coordinate between IPT and Program staff.
• Be accountable to IPT Lead, EMVF CE and program CEs.
• Provide technical authority over development, design, production and test of EMVF.
