Job summary

The Boeing Company in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer to guide the EMVF program and related projects. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure design, manufacturing, and verification excellence for the EMVF facility.

Responsibilities include establishing technical discipline, coordinating with IPTs and program staff, and presenting data at reviews. This role requires a BS in engineering, 9+ years of experience, and US citizenship for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Materials) is required.
• 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team in development or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of proactive technical discipline, risk management and rapid issue resolution.
• Lead requirement, function, and interface development for EMVF.
• Oversee the design of products for development, production and sustainment changes.
• Present data for the product at Design Reviews, product Acceptance and Qualification Reviews, and Delivery Reviews.
• Guide technical path for product definition and execution.
• Drive IPT to System Integration for EMVF and coordinate with Program technical staff.
• Technical authority over the development, design, production and test of the EMVF.
