Job summary

ERA Structural Engineering is seeking a motivated Precast Structural Engineer to design and draft precast buildings, working with architects, owners and contractors. You will lead project coordination, perform structural analysis, and review calculations and drawings to ensure quality and budget adherence.

You will mentor junior engineers, support construction teams, and help grow client relationships while delivering on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of precast buildings and structures.
• Oversee and coordinate project milestones with client and internal teams.
• Review internal design documents, drawings, and calculations for quality and scope conformance.
• Provide guidance to less experienced engineers and BIM modelers.
• Manage project workload, budgets, and staffing needs.
