The ideal candidate has 20+ years of structural engineering experience, PE license, and a proven track record in client development and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Structural Engineer (SE) license highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex structural engineering projects involving investigations, evaluations, repairs, rehabilitation, and restoration of existing structures.
• Serve as the structural engineering subject matter expert on multidisciplinary project teams.
• Apply advanced engineering judgment to solve challenging technical problems involving structural systems, materials, and performance issues.
• Perform structural assessments, failure investigations, condition evaluations, and forensic engineering assignments.
• Oversee structural analysis and design for repair, retrofit, and rehabilitation projects.
• Review technical reports, calculations, specifications, and client deliverables to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Manage projects from proposal through completion, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead project pursuits, proposals, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Manage client expectations while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices across project teams.
• Support recruiting, training, and professional development initiatives.
• Contribute to company-wide technical leadership programs and knowledge-sharing efforts.
• Participate in industry organizations, conferences, and technical committees.
