RIMEPRO INC. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its Forensics and Facility Performance team. This role centers on existing buildings, evaluating conditions, identifying failures, and developing repair, rehabilitation, and restoration solutions for complex facilities.

You will lead forensic investigations, conduct facility assessments, prepare reports, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with owners and project teams on repair strategies and adaptive reuse projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering / building design consulting experience.
• PE license required.
• Strong experience with existing buildings and structural systems.
• Forensic investigations, facility assessments, rehabilitation, restoration, or structural repair experience.
• Strong technical analysis and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic structural investigations and existing building evaluations.

• Evaluate structural failures, deterioration, damage, and complex building conditions.
