Director of Forensics Engineering - Remote - USA

Talisman Advisory Partners is supporting a leading engineering and consulting firm in their search for a Director of Structural Forensic Engineering. This role offers the chance to shape a growing practice, lead high-visibility projects, and build a high-performing team within a well-established national organization.

The incoming Director will drive the vision and technical direction of the forensics and restoration group in the US market. You’ll oversee complex investigations, develop innovative approaches, strengthen client relationships, and play a key role in expanding the practice across the region. This is an ideal opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys both hands-on project involvement and strategic growth responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural forensics and restoration projects from concept to delivery.
• Maintain high standards of technical quality, project efficiency, and client satisfaction.
