Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform site investigations and condition assessments of existing structures to identify maintenance, repair, and restoration needs.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and technical recommendations.
• Design and engineer structural repair solutions for a variety of structures.
• Review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Research applicable building codes and industry standards.
• Provide technical support during project development and execution.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with technical mentoring and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
• Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting projects throughout New England.
• Managing a flexible schedule that balances field investigations, office work, and client interactions.
• Spending approximately three days per week conducting site visits and inspections, with the remainder focused on engineering, reporting, and project coordination.
• Occasional overnight travel for project needs, industry events, and client meetings.
