You will manage people, deliver engineering outputs, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in engineering leadership, strong communication, and a proven record of delivering complex projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 8 years of applicable experience
• Experience leading an engineering team and project management
• Ability to present at engineering reviews and brief senior leaders
• Experience developing technical and cost proposals

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to execute recurring operations engineering support of strategic objectives
• Managing individuals on the team including assignments, priorities, performance reviews, merit planning, and promotions
• Developing team members, coaching, and building cross-functional capabilities
• Drive training and resources for team success
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream customers and ensure risk mitigation
