Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering, structural/civil and infrastructure design.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with structural and civil design principles, codes, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and strategic leadership for design and administration of engineering projects and programs.
• Lead the largest scale structural projects, manage budgets, hours, expenses, and supervise staff and subcontractors.
• Drive pursuit and development of business; oversee successful execution of buildings and infrastructure work in the geography.
• Lead contract negotiations, presentations, and meetings; ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, contribute strategic advice to clients, and grow the regional pipeline.
