Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Southwest Mountain Structures Team Lead to guide district-level structural projects across multiple states from Denver to Utah. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive growth for infrastructure initiatives in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with 15+ years of post-education experience.
  • Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency with structural and civil design principles and code compliance.
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage large, complex projects across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the most complex structural projects, manage budgets and schedules.
  • Develop business opportunities and project pipelines in the assigned region.
  • Negotiate contracts and present to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes and safety policies.
