• Lead discipline team: assignments, coaching, performance feedback, and succession.
• Manage 13‑week capacity view and assign qualified personnel based on capability and workload.
• Establish discipline execution standards and ensure proper reviews and approvals.
• Oversee discipline proposal inputs, scope, hours, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain discipline technical standards, checklists, and issue closures before release.
• Collaborate with project managers on scope, schedule, budget, and client commitments.
• Monitor capacity, workload, and capability gaps; escalate when needed.
• Provide technical leadership for structural analysis and calculations.
