Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer license required.
• Strong industrial structural engineering experience.
• Demonstrated resource planning, assignment, and client-facing capability.
• Strong written and verbal communication, sound judgment.
• Ability to work effectively across offices, disciplines, and client organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead employees and working leads through assignments, coaching, performance feedback, hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Own discipline capacity view and assignment decisions based on capability and workload.
• Establish discipline execution-planning standards and ensure quality reviews and code compliance.
• Lead discipline proposal and estimate inputs, including scope, deliverables, and risks.
• Maintain discipline technical standards, checklists, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other disciplines to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor capacity, workload, and capability gaps; escalate when needed.
• Provide technical leadership for structural analysis and calculations across systems.
