Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of structural engineering experience focused on buildings and facilities.
• PE license preferred.
• Proven client-facing experience managing complex structural projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC).
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Ram Structural, STAAD Pro.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for building projects, including foundations and framing.
• Act as primary client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated project execution.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, and documentation for codes and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide their professional growth.
• Oversee feasibility studies, risk assessments, and site evaluations.
• Stay current with industry trends and codes to apply best practices.
