Qualifications

• Deep structural engineering expertise across design and construction documents.
• Ability to mentor team members and share knowledge on codes and standards.
• Strong communication to align objectives with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural planning, design, engineering and CD production from start to finish.
• Maintain and enhance quality and integration standards for projects.
• Provide technical leadership and stamp/seal documents where appropriate.
• Manage multiple projects, with 80% billable effort and client communication.
• Collaborate with clients, partners and colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and development of junior staff.
