Job summary

Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead structural planning, design, engineering, and construction document production. You will manage multiple projects and grow client relationships as an expert in structural engineering.

The role requires a PE license and 4+ years in structural design with steel and concrete. SE license is a plus; masonry and wood experience a plus. Collaboration with clients and staff to ensure timely, quality deliverables is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering from an accredited institution with emphasis or training in structural engineering for building environments.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required; SE license is a plus.
• Four or more years of structural engineering experience with steel and concrete design; masonry and wood experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural planning, designing, engineering, and construction document production.
• Maintain and grow client relationships as a structural engineering expert.
• Manage multiple, simultaneous projects from design basis through submittals and specifications.
• Communicate project objectives, problems, solutions and scope changes to clients, field personnel, and internal staff.
• Coordinate with customers, partners and colleagues to meet deadlines while delivering quality work.
