Job summary

IMEG Corp is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager in Dallas, TX to lead projects from conception through execution, coordinating engineers, designers, and clients. The role emphasizes financial oversight, schedule control, and team mentorship.

You will ensure designs meet owner requirements, standards, and milestones while maintaining strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 25% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of project management, construction management, or related experience; 10 years preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of PM experience at JQI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects of varying sizes and complexity, serving as main contact for teams and clients.
• Collaborate with business development and leaders during early project opportunities.
• Assist with design scopes, fee calculations, proposals, and contracts.
• Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare monthly billings and update billing projections.
