Job summary

DuBois & King, Inc. seeks a Senior Structural Engineer with 15+ years of experience to join our busy Structural Engineering Group in New England. This full-time role emphasizes project management, client relations, and financial performance across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government markets.

The position requires a civil/structural engineering degree, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a current PE license in NH or VT (or near-term eligibility). A discretionary bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil or structural engineering.
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required.
• Current PE license in VT or NH or ability to obtain within 6-12 months preferred.
• Experience in project management, client management, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Project management, development, planning, and financial performance responsibility.
• Coordinate with in-house mechanical, electrical, and civil/site staff.
• Supervise and mentor staff across engineering disciplines.
• Develop new business and manage client relationships.
