Qualifications

• 15–25 years of experience in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• BS/MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Civil or Environmental P.E. license preferred.
• Leadership and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and project management support to the Regional Director.
• Lead civil projects with a focus on municipal and industrial water/wastewater.
• Develop business and client relationships in NH and New England.
• Lead design through construction and manage project schedules.
• Oversee work quality, client coordination and daily operations.
• Prepare regulatory permit applications for a wide range of projects.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Mentor and train junior engineers; support Bedford division growth.
