Job summary

DuBois & King, Inc. seeks a Senior Structural Engineer with 15+ years of experience to join our busy Structural Engineering Group in New England. This full-time role emphasizes project management, client relations, and financial performance across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government markets.

The position requires a civil/structural engineering degree, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a current PE license in NH or VT (or near-term eligibility). A discretionary bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil or structural engineering.
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required.
• Current PE license in VT or NH or ability to obtain within 6-12 months preferred.
• Experience in project management, client management, and business development.

DuBois & King, Inc is seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer with approximately 15+ years of experience. This is a full time senior engineering position in our busy and growing Structural Engineering Group. Our markets include commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, recreational, and government projects throughout New England.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for project management, project development, planning, business development, client management, and financial performance.Requires strong and proactive communication skills with clients, management, and coworkers.Have the ability to supervise and mentor staff.Work also includes coordination with D&K’s in-house mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineering staff.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in civil or structural engineeringAutoCAD and Revit proficiency required and comfortable with engineering design software.Current PE License in VT or NH or ability to obtain within 6-12 months is preferredCompensation RangeThe salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
