You will lead projects through complex design challenges, apply codes and standards, and collaborate across disciplines to meet client goals. A strong leadership and communication skill set is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Demonstrated ability to train and lead a team of engineers.
• Experience with high-complexity projects and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develops and checks designs and calculations for complex projects.
• Leads teams and coordinates work across departments to meet project goals.
• Reviews and corrects engineering documents for accuracy and buildability.
• Ensures compliance with codes and standards and applies best-cost solutions.
• Plans work independently and manages multiple assignments.
