Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10–20 years of relevant experience in Industrial or Power Generation.
• Ability to lead teams and train engineers as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Coordinate work within the project team and with field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and checks design solutions and mentors less experienced engineers.
• Identifies alternate, cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
• Leads project objectives and reviews work for accuracy and compliance.
• Interacts with multiple groups to resolve complex design issues.
• Plans work independently and manages multiple assignments concurrently.
• Leads teams to interpret and apply codes and standards.
