Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural engineering is required.
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
• Structural Engineer (SE) license is required/strongly preferred.
• At least 8 years of structural engineering experience with design, analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute advanced structural engineering tasks including design, analysis and verification.
• Support development of calculation reports, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Contribute to problem-solving during design and construction phases.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Coordinate tasks within multidisciplinary project teams under supervision.
• Foster knowledge-sharing and team development through mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory standards, and client requirements.
• Review technical documentation for accuracy and standards compliance.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors on technical aspects.
