Blew & Associates, P.A. seeks a licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer to analyze, design, and document structural systems for diverse building and infrastructure projects.

You will lead field assessment teams, coordinate inspectors across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty disciplines, and mentor junior staff in PCA methodology. Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead field assessment teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary personnel.
• Strong written/verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience developing construction documents and performing PCA-related analyses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze structural systems for buildings and infrastructure.
• Lead field assessment teams and coordinate inspectors across disciplines.
• Mentor junior inspectors and report writers on PCA methodology.
• Perform structural evaluations: framing, foundations, load paths, deterioration, seismic risk.
• Review PCA reports for accuracy and ASTM compliance.
• Communicate findings and risk assessments to clients in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, and writers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Travel up to 50% for field work and client meetings.
